                             Once you book a trip, you will receive an email from us containing the following information:

• What to bring (see our FAQ page)
• Trip itenerary including scheduled departure times and dates (see our FAQ page)
• Travel directions to a designated meeting place in Asheville or Brevard (see our FAQ page)
• Invoice with a payment link to PayPal

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled trip, we are more than happy to reschedule within a year of your original reservation.  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
